Description
Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc. seeks a Production Support Director for their Bloomfield, CT location to join the Global Solutions Group (GSG) Operations team.
The Production Support Director will lead functional and technical analysis efforts to resolve customer-reported issues in mobile and web applications. They will troubleshoot issues with multiple delivery teams, third-party vendors, and clients, and create and manage automated scripts for functional monitoring of applications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing daily Scrum and Production Defect Resolution calls
- Providing effective product backlog management and prioritizing user stories with business partners
- Liaising between multiple technical teams to resolve problems in complex architectures
- Holding primary accountability for all production activities related to GSG applications
- Facilitating communication with delivery teams to drive efficiencies and quality resolution of production defects
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5 years of experience in a healthcare application support role
- Experience with managing IT production support for web and mobile healthcare applications
- Knowledge of Dynatrace, Tealeaf, Discover, Splunk, and ETL and Databricks job monitoring
- Experience with incident management, including defining Service Level Objectives and driving resolution for critical issues
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, including presenting to senior IT executives and business partners
In terms of compensation, the salary range is $203,362-$271,600 per year. The role is also eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long-term incentive plan.
