As Manager Infrastructure Coolbluedelivers, you will be end-to-end responsible for the strategic development and daily operations of our new white goods recycling centre in Tilburg.
You will ensure that we maximise value from recycling, refurbishment, and repair activities, with high efficiency, strong business results, and happy customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing the strategic vision and roadmap for the recycling centre, including expanding lines, processes, and product categories with new techniques.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in your field, such as legislation and market innovations, and proactively steering internal and external stakeholders.
- Acting as an ambassador for circularity and sustainability, both internally and externally.
- Taking responsibility for the P&L of the recycling centre, focusing on cost efficiency, output value, and operational KPIs.
- Providing operational leadership over all recycling, refurbishment, and logistics activities, and managing multiple teams.
- Setting up and ensuring quality and process standards for recycling, refurbishment, and decentralised repair activities.
- Continuously starting and guiding improvement initiatives with internal teams and external parties.
- Coaching and developing team members to achieve their goals and continue to develop professionally.
