Description
We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team in Kutna Hora, Czech Republic. As a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security measures to protect our organization's information systems and infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, implementing, and managing security solutions to safeguard organizational assets
- Conducting risk assessments and vulnerability scans
- Monitoring network traffic and security alerts for suspicious activity
- Responding to security incidents and coordinating incident response efforts
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity threats and technologies
- Collaborating with IT and other departments to enforce security policies
- Assisting in compliance and audit activities related to security standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, network security, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of security principles, threat management, vulnerability assessment, risk management, and incident response
- Experience with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, vulnerability scanners, and network monitoring solutions
