Description
Mastercard is seeking a Lead Product Manager - Technical Overview for its Mastercard Send service, which facilitates secure delivery of funds between senders and receivers globally.
The successful candidate will lead initiatives and partner with cross-functional global stakeholders to ensure Mastercard offers competitive and innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading development and management of platform capabilities for Send auth, clearing and billing
- Consulting as a Product Knowledge Leader for Send, Clearing & Billing
- Partnering with regional leads, customers and internal stakeholders to develop and maintain the development roadmap
- Defining necessary capabilities, prioritizing delivery and writing business requirements
- Working closely with a cross-functional team to lead product development efforts
- Translating product requirements into technical specifications
- Capturing product capabilities and translating into customer-facing implementation guides
- Educating teams on features and technical aspects of Mastercard Send processing and on-behalf-of platforms
The ideal candidate will have extensive product management and development experience in the global payment industry, preferably with knowledge and background in money transfer and remittances.
Required skills include:

- In-depth knowledge of Mastercard authorization, clearing and settlement systems and processes
