Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to work with children with autism and help them develop essential skills. Above and Beyond Therapy offers paid training to become a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), which will enable you to provide high-quality care and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
- Collect data and submit session notes
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors
- Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
- Commute to various locations and be prompt to appointments
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
