Join Marks & Spencer as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations at their Bexleyheath store.
You'll be the backstage powerhouse of the store, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This physically demanding role involves managing stock, handling deliveries, and maintaining the shop floor's appearance.
Your tasks will include:
- Managing stock levels and tracking deliveries
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the store
- Adapting to changing demands and priorities
- Using digital tools to track inventory and manage stock efficiently
- Collaborating with colleagues across different functions
The role requires flexibility, as you may need to work across the store and adjust to varying demands. You'll work part-time hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 - 14:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
To be eligible, you must be 18 years or older. Digital confidence and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
