Responsibilities:

  • Plan and lead cross-functional technical programs from intake and planning through implementation and post-launch review.
  • Translate portfolio decisions into executable roadmaps, schedules, resource plans, and initiative sequencing.
  • Coordinate technology intake, evaluation, operational readiness, and software introduction or retirement activities.
  • Sequence business-process design, workflow design, and requirements-engineering activities to align with program timelines.
  • Maintain clear reporting on program status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes for working teams and executives.
  • Proactively address cross-program risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints, escalating issues through the appropriate channels when needed.
  • Maintain program standards, templates, and facilitation practices while applying lessons learned to improve future initiatives.
  • Use AI tools to improve program planning, reporting, decision-making, and BSO processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives across multiple teams or departments.
  • 5+ years of experience working within a formal software development or delivery methodology, such as Agile, Scrum, or SAFe.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic direction into executable plans and drive complex initiatives to completion without direct authority.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, including resolving competing priorities and creating alignment at multiple organizational levels.
  • Experience managing program risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and escalation paths.
  • Proficiency with program-management tools such as Jira, Wrike, or comparable platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating clear reporting and executive-level updates.
  • Ability to create clarity and forward momentum in an ambiguous, evolving, and shared-ownership environment.

Nice to Have:

  • PMP, PgMP, or a similar program or project management certification.
  • Experience with technology governance, software lifecycle management, portfolio management, or operational readiness.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI into program-management or business-process workflows.
  • A track record of measuring program success through business outcomes and organizational value.

Benefits:
