- Relationship Management & Daily Operations: Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and internal stakeholder teams; maintain strong relationships across the supplier network; and troubleshoot and resolve operational disputes, billing queries, or service performance issues promptly.
- Performance Tracking & Compliance: Track supplier performance metrics (KPIs and SLAs) to identify risk areas or operational gaps early; participate in regular performance reviews; and manage vendor documentation updates, contract expirations, basic renewals, or cancellations under senior guidance.
- Contract Support & Market Research: Assist in product pricing and contract negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms, and research prospective new vendors and monitor market developments to unlock cost-saving alternatives.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for managing external partners and internal business units.
- Demonstrated basic negotiation skills with strong, systematic follow-through.
- Sharp analytical ability, rigorous attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
