Description
We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target, including Guest Advocate, General Merchandise Expert, Fulfillment Expert, Style Consultant, Inbound Expert, Food & Beverage Expert, and Tech Consultant.
The starting hourly rate is $17.50 USD per hour, with a pay range of $17.50 USD - $26.25 USD per hour.
As a team member at Target, you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals, and execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
We are looking for individuals who are excited about working in a fun and energetic environment, providing excellent service to guests, and stocking, setting, and selling Target products.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting guests
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Stocking, setting, and selling Target products
- Working efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests
- Accurately handling cash register operations
- Climbing up and down ladders
- Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
