Urology Outpatient HCA - Buckinghamshire

18 Week Support Limited is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) for flexible weekend sessions at a well-established NHS Trust in Buckinghamshire. The main duties of the job include:

• Preparing and supporting outpatient clinics
• Taking patient observations and recording clinical information
• Assisting clinical staff with patient care
• Maintaining clean, safe and organised clinical environments

The essential requirements for this role are:

• Minimum 6 months outpatient HCA experience within the past 12 months
• Proven NHS experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, patient-focused approach

The salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience. The contract is locum and the duration is 12 weeks. Flexible working patterns are available.
