Description
We are seeking an experienced Unit Manager to lead our Maintenance Unit at Forsmark Nuclear Power Plant, one of Sweden's largest electricity producers. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of 44 employees and approximately 25 consultants, focusing on maintenance, repairs, inspections, and testing of reactor tanks and associated parts.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing the unit through four group managers
- Taking overall responsibility for the unit's area of responsibility
- Contributing to and driving development of areas common to the entire department
- Collaborating with other units within and outside the department
- Representing the Maintenance Department in cross-functional issues
Requirements:
- At least a high school education or a university degree in engineering
- Experience from operational work in a similar industry
- Leadership and management experience
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing, and good knowledge of English
