Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Scunthorpe Retail Park, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Provide expert knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store
Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
Your schedule will be: Week One:
- Sunday: 12:00-17:15
- Thursday: 12:00-20:00
- Friday: 12:00-20:00
Week Two:
- Tuesday: 11:00-19:00
- Saturday: 12:00-17:15
