Description
As a Senior Manager, Technology, Disney Store, you will lead the digital transformation of Disney Store Japan's retail business, driving technology solutions across various departments. You will oversee the DX Solution Team and Sustainability & Enhancement Team, focusing on e-commerce platform enhancements, store digitalisation, mobile apps, and retail tech initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement technology strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with business leaders to prioritise digital transformation initiatives
- Develop and manage project processes for technology solutions
- Lead and mentor team members
- Manage vendor relationships
Requirements:
- 10+ years of system development experience
- Experience in managing technology teams
- Strong understanding of retail business and technology solutions
- Japanese and English language skills
Technical Skills:
- System development skills (Java, SQL, etc.)
- Technical design and solution architecture
- Front-end solution knowledge (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/CDN/SEO/Adobe Analytics)
- Network and security fundamentals
- Mobile app development knowledge (desirable)
