Responsibilities
- Processing loan applications including credit analysis, collateral evaluation, and creating decision templates within assigned competencies
- Preparing contract documents and customer correspondence
- Authorizing disbursements within assigned competencies
- Advising and supporting savers, prospective savers, and main and secondary employees
- Recording and maintaining the collateral portfolio
Requirements
- Initial/several years of experience in the financial sector, ideally experience in real estate financing
- Language skills (French and German language skills in writing and speech are required, English is an advantage)
- Decision-making ability
- Teamwork
- Customer-oriented work, strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office
