We are seeking a friendly and organised Host to join our team at Coolblue in Overal, Belgium. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and offer them a cup of coffee or tea
- Direct customers to the right expert
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations during opening hours, including Saturdays
- Respond to online customer queries during quiet periods
- Prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Requirements:
- Aged 16 or above
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and French
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
