Description
Wealthsimple is seeking a Senior Manager, Advice Innovation & Experience to lead the development of innovative advice experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and launching new advice services, incubating and running pilots, and proving commercial impact.
Responsibilities:
- Design and launch the next generation of advice experiences
- Incubate and personally run new advice services
- Build advisor tooling to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity
- Prove commercial impact through experimentation and measurement
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of experience in service design, strategy, innovation, or premium client experience
- Proven track record of taking a service concept from idea to live pilot
- Demonstrated ability to use modern technology and AI tools to rapidly prototype and test
- Experience working alongside scaled operational teams and transitioning pilots into standardized processes
- Familiarity with the wealth management landscape and regulatory environments
