Description
We are seeking a Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Technician to join our Engineering and Facilities (E&F) team in a Distribution Center (DC) or Fulfillment Center (FC).
As a CMMS Technician, you will play a key role in running efficient maintenance operations and maintaining high availability for the building's important assets.
E&F Team Work Management You will organise, plan, and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance work within Maximo for the Engineering and Facilities team members. You will create and assign work orders to team members at the direction of Engineering & Facilities Operations Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Organise, plan, and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance work within Maximo
- Create and assign work orders to team members
- Assist in prioritisation of critical work and building efficient work packages
- Manage MRO spare parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, issuing, and inventory management responsibilities
- Validate and resolve issues with vendor invoices and processes invoices through the EFAA
- Follow up with vendors and contractors on procured parts and contracted services
- Own the trailer management and maintenance process for Target's Over The Road (OTR) trailers
Requirements:
- Flexible and able to multi-task between many functions and roles on a daily basis
- Attention to detail and precise record keeping
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate effectively independently with minimal guidance and supervision
- Ability to manage key relationships with building stakeholders and external contacts
- Vendor management abilities, with clear and effective oral and written communication skills
- Expert competence with standard office software tools and familiarity with mainstream financial and accounting software

Salary Range: $20.82 - $37.45 per hour
Additional Compensation: You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.
