Some of these roles include:
- Following the internal control framework to ensure reliability and traceability of the work done
- Performing registration, maintenance and support tasks for the Electronic Banking Suite of products
- Assisting with projects in collaboration with Local IT, Cash Management and Trade product managers when required
- Handling incoming requests in a timely manner, logging all requests on the applicable tracking tool and finding an appropriate solution
- Maintaining expertise on all product lines (Cash & Trade) and systems applicable, continually enhancing and acquiring new knowledge relating to relevant product offerings
- Participating in department meetings and other activities of the bank as well as handling various tasks and projects assigned by the manager

- The vast majority then convert to permanent employees with the client at the end of the program
At the mthree Academy, you'll learn:
- Knowledge of financial markets, trading and financial regulations
- The inner workings of investment banks, from sales to back-office processes
- The full trade lifecycle; risk; regulation and compliance
- Business analysis, data analytics and project skills
- How to recognise and combat the exploitation of financial services companies as a vehicle for specific types of financial crime
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PPT)
- Good working knowledge/understanding of computers/systems/electronic banking platforms/ERP systems
- Good working knowledge of cash products (payment structure, SWIFT, etc.) and basic understanding of trade products (LCs, SBLCs, BGs, etc.)
- Languages: fluent in English, French or English & Spanish or all three (written and spoken), Portuguese being a strong asset
