Description
As a Senior Security Engineer - Data Platforms at DWS, you will design and implement security frameworks for our core data platforms, collaborate with CSO and vendors, and manage data infrastructure services on Snowflake, GCP, and Azure.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement security frameworks and components on data platforms and underlying cloud service providers
- Deploy and manage data infrastructure services on Snowflake, GCP, and Azure, using Infrastructure-as-Code to automate resource provisioning and security configurations
- Manage and optimize GitHub Actions & Runners for seamless CI/CD pipeline automation
- Configure, manage, and optimize internal security solutions for efficient threat detection and response
- Document infrastructure processes, configurations, and operational workflows for improved knowledge sharing and process efficiency
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in securing critical enterprise data flows on Snowflake or similar platforms
- Experience in DevSecOps practices, infrastructure automation, IaC (e.g., Terraform), security tool integrations
- Good knowledge of SIEM tools and technologies, such as Google SecOps
- Very good programming skills in Python, Java, or a similar language
- Strong collaboration and communication skills and a passion for cybersecurity
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
