Description
We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target, including Guest Advocate, General Merchandise Expert, Fulfillment Expert, Style Consultant, Inbound Expert, Food & Beverage Expert, and Tech Consultant.
The starting hourly rate is $18.00 USD per hour, with a pay range of $18.00 USD - $27.00 USD per hour.
As a team member at Target, you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals, and execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
We are looking for individuals who are excited to work in a fun and energetic environment, provide excellent service to guests, and stock, set, and sell Target products.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional guest service
- Stocking, setting, and selling Target products
- Working efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests
- Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
Requirements:
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
