Description
We are looking for a Strategy & Analytics Senior Lead to drive mission-critical product and business decisions at Faire, a technology wholesale platform.
The successful candidate will own the strategic direction for a cross-functional pod, identifying and answering critical questions to inform product and business decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Breaking down complex strategic problems to uncover actionable insights
- Tackling large cross-functional strategic initiatives that move company metrics
- Identifying opportunities, developing hypotheses, executing in-depth analyses, and making recommendations to Faire's leadership team
- Owning key metrics for the business and surfacing salient strategic insights
- Providing thought partnership to cross-functional teammates
- Developing effective and scalable operational processes
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical and strategic role
- Strong strategic problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Solid analytical foundation, including proficiency in SQL or Excel
- Experience working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
In return, you will receive a salary of $197,500 - $271,500 per year, equity, and benefits.
