About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead one of our stores in Split, Croatia. As a Store Manager, you will play a key part in our growth in Croatia, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store and leading a team of 2-3 Shift Leads.
Responsibilities
You will work closely with the team, guiding, coaching, and developing the Shift Leads to ensure smooth store operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, growing, and motivating a team
- Creating an environment where colleagues can do their best work and have fun
- Improving store operations with the help of the Operations Manager
- Managing shift scheduling
- Handling incoming goods and orders
- Collaborating with other functions at Wolt, such as Category & Supply team
- Overseeing store needs for growth, including ordering supplies and equipment
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience
- Fast learner with multitasking abilities
- Can-do attitude and enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a grocery store is a plus
- Fluent levels of Croatian and English
- Proactive and service-minded
