Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Ross Hall Hospital in Glasgow. This is a bank role working on an 'as and when required' basis, supporting staffing levels during busy periods and providing cover for existing staff.
Job Summary: As a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Catheterisation department, you will deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols. You will assess patient needs, prioritise care, and update care plans accordingly.

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and carers
- Support patients in understanding their condition, treatments, and recovery processes
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide safe and efficient care
- Identify and report incidents, safeguarding concerns, and potential risks
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration
- Demonstrable experience working in a clinical healthcare setting
- Good understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficient in IT systems used for patient records, documentation, and care planning
- Must have Cath Lab experience

- Competitive hourly rate up to £25.00 per hour (depending on level of experience, training, and qualification)
