Description
We are seeking a Project Coordinator Assistant to join our Portfolio Development team at Ubisoft, a leading global video game developer. As an intern, you will work closely with the Senior Project Manager to coordinate and monitor multiple cross-functional projects related to games, platform development, process creation, documentation, and internal coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination and monitoring of several cross-functional projects on various themes, including game-related projects, platform initiatives, process creation, documentation, and internal workflows;
- Help structure information, track actions, prepare summaries, update project documents, and maintain visibility on key milestones, decisions, risks, and next steps;
- Assist the manager in daily project management, including preparing meetings, taking notes, follow-ups, stakeholder coordination, and consolidating contributions;
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reporting materials, project updates, and internal communication documents;
- Support the creation, improvement, and simplification of processes, templates, dashboards, and documentation to help teams work more efficiently;
- Assist with certain administrative and coordination tasks related to team operations, planning, monitoring, documentation, and project logistics.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing higher education with a specialization in project management, communication, business, or equivalent;
- Recognized for organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple subjects in parallel;
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders (technical teams, production, and business);
- Interest in working on both strategic projects and operational monitoring;
- Fluent English, both written and spoken;
- Strong interest in the video game industry.
