Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in the Minor Procedures Unit department at The Meriden Hospital. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week, with a flexible shift pattern.
The successful candidate will deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols, assess patient needs, prioritise care, and update care plans accordingly. They will also maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation, communicate effectively with patients, families, and carers, and work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality care.
The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration, have demonstrable experience working in a clinical healthcare setting, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
