You will join the Minute Clinic team, an industry-leading company, as a Mental Health Therapist providing telehealth therapy to patients 13+.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychosocial support and education to address the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples, and families ages 13 and older.
- Leverage evidence-based care and assessment tools to elevate and support patient care continuity.
- Enjoy autonomy to build and grow the Minute Clinic practice without administrative burdens.
- Participate in in-depth training, development, and support.
Requirements
- Current, active, and unencumbered independent State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Utah, Oregon, and/or California.
- Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills using evidence-based methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and team skills.
- Strong understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health.
- Experience with insurance, Medicaid, Medicare billing requirements.
- Evidence of strong crisis intervention skills.
- Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting.
