Description
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Systems Engineer to join our team in Kowloon, Hong Kong.
As an Advanced Systems Engineer, you will contribute to the design, engineering, configuration, implementation, commissioning, and support of ICT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, virtual platforms, IoT, and cloud services. You will work on applications programming and supporting enterprise applications across new and existing client sites. Additionally, you will lead ICT project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, engineering, configuration, implementation, commissioning, and support of ICT infrastructure
- Work on applications programming and supporting enterprise applications
- Lead ICT project planning and execution
- Liaise with customers and business users to analyze requirements for ICT and cyber security solutions
- Review ICT server, storage, and network designs
- Contribute to Technical Risk Reviews (TRR) for projects
- Engage with global ICT and cyber security to promote excellence and standardization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
- Solid hands-on experience in various IT technologies
- Proven experience in system design, solution design, and capacity planning
- Knowledge of cybersecurity risk management, vulnerability assessment, and system hardening
- Effective communication abilities
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, VCP, PMP, or ITIL
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS)
