Requirements:
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred, but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Physical demands include lifting up to 44 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in varying temperatures
