Description
We are seeking a Temporary Biology Technician to support the Biology Department at St. Michael's Catholic Grammar School. The successful candidate will provide specialist support to pupils and staff, prepare and maintain resources, and assist with practical activities.
Job Details The role is a fixed-term position for 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 2pm, with a salary of £23,935 to £24,282 per year.
Responsibilities The duties will include:
- Supporting pupils in accessing the curriculum
- Preparing and maintaining resources for lesson planning
- Assisting with practical activities, including the use of specialised equipment and technology
- Managing competing demands and prioritising work effectively
Requirements Very good levels of both written and spoken English are essential.
