Description
We are seeking an experienced Exhibition Project Manager to join our team at Van Cleef & Arpels in Hong Kong SAR, China.
As an Exhibition Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of exhibition projects, proactively managing timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication to ensure milestones are met on time and within scope.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of exhibition projects
- Proposing, tracking, and reporting on exhibition budgets
- Managing the administration of licenses, permits, and legal/loan agreements
- Overseeing safe transport, insurance, copyright clearing, and condition checking of exhibits
- Collaborating with scenography designers and internal teams
- Supervising site logistics, daily installation/dismantling schedules, and display maintenance
- Coordinating the end-to-end production of bilingual exhibition content
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Exhibitions & Cultural Projects Management
- Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, with strong budget and time-management skills
- Ability to collaborate with others to enhance work processes, tools, and governance
- Mastery of English and Chinese
