Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Architect to join our team. As a Customer Success Architect, you will own the onboarding and adoption journey for assigned accounts, from initial deployment of the N9300 Smart Switches and Hypershield through to confident, expanding production use.
You will guide customers through Hypershield controller design and deployment, orchestrating the teams that implement it across their virtualization environment and the on-premises control plane. You will drive value realization by helping customers design policy and stand up real use cases in production: top-of-rack segmentation and enforcement, zone-based segmentation, and secure data-center interconnect.
You will build deep technical relationships with key NetOps and NetSecOps stakeholders as their trusted advisor, and run workshops and enablement sessions that accelerate adoption. You will identify and clear adoption blockers, working with engineering and support to escalate and resolve customer issues.
You will build reusable assets that scale customer success, such as training material, reference architectures, and documentation that help customers deploy and run reliably in production.

- Customer-facing experience as a solutions advisor, CSM, PS consultant, or SE, owning the technical relationship and outcomes.
- Professional work experience with enterprise virtualization and VM/appliance deployment, able to guide and troubleshoot a hypervisor-based install (VMware vSphere, Nutanix AHV, Proxmox, or similar).
- Experience with Linux systems in production, including troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience onboarding and deploying solutions into customer production, including guiding a customer's own team through the work.
- VXLAN EVPN fabric knowledge and where the Smart Switch fits within it (top-of-rack, zone segmentation, data-center interconnect), enough to advise a customer's network team.
- Network segmentation and firewall policy design.
- Familiarity with the NetOps/NetSecOps operating split in data-center security.
- Operational Kubernetes familiarity, including YAML-based configuration, with enough depth to deploy and tailor a Kubernetes-based platform installation to a customer's environment.

- NX-OS automation and APIs (NX-API, NETCONF/RESTCONF, gNMI, Ansible) and REST API-based policy automation; Nexus Dashboard experience a strong plus.
