Description
This role involves maximizing the value of Pfizer products for Chinese patients and healthcare professionals. You will develop KOL engagement strategies, establish regional platforms for knowledge delivery, and provide medical training to field force teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop field-based medical to medical communication and KOL engagement independently
- Enhance local data generation from a medical aspect to maximize product value and long-term development
- Drive regional medical strategy independently
- Ensure company's compliance
- Develop field force team medical capability through internal medical training independently
Required Skill Set:
- Therapeutic area knowledge: familiar with disease knowledge and clinical practice
- Language: proficiency in oral and written English
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical business
- Computer: familiar with Microsoft Office software
- Strong business acumen, cross-functional leadership skill, and strong communication and influencing skill
