Join the London Borough of Sutton as the Head of Pensions Investments & Treasury, a key role in the Finance department. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and management of the Kingston and Sutton LGPS Pension Funds and Treasury Management function.
The role involves working collaboratively with the Head of Pensions Administration to provide professional leadership to the two pension funds, reporting to the Directors of Finance. The postholder will attend committees and Pension Board for both Councils, managing relationships with the London CIV, Independent advisors, actuaries, and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver effective treasury management of the Councils' cash position, experience in the LGPS sector, and the ability to work directly with elected Members and senior officers to deliver excellent investment outcomes.
