We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. As a leading personal injury firm, we are dedicated to client service and have been recognised as one of the top workplaces in New Mexico.
Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in personal injury or insurance defence and a strong desire to work as part of a team to advocate for injured clients.
In this role, you will focus on maximising recovery for the value of our client's harm and the wrong that caused it. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Intake and first meetings with clients: building trust, documenting facts, and outlining action items
- Investigation: directing investigations, assessing insurance coverage, and gathering critical evidence
- Negotiation: preparing cases for trial, evaluating Full Settlement Value, and negotiating with adjusters
- Litigation: preparing pleadings and discovery, strategizing and executing trial preparations, and guiding clients through the litigation process
We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000-$400,000 annually, plus performance bonuses paid twice monthly. Additional benefits include:
- Sign-on bonus: $25,000 paid in increments over the first 6 months
- Relocation assistance: $10,000 package to move to Albuquerque, NM
