Description
We are seeking an Order Fulfilment Coordinator to join our team in Hong Kong.
Your mission will be to process and place purchase orders with suppliers based on confirmed buys and merchandising direction. You will ensure accuracy of all purchase order details, track order confirmations, and coordinate closely with various teams to support product launch timelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and placing purchase orders with suppliers
- Ensuring accuracy of purchase order details
- Tracking order confirmations and following up with suppliers
- Coordinating with merchandising, sourcing, supply chain, logistics, retail, and wholesale teams
- Monitoring order placement and flagging risks
- Supporting order changes, cancellations, and reallocations
- Maintaining accurate order data in relevant systems
- Communicating purchase order status and shipment updates to key stakeholders
- Providing basic support for product sample management
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A diploma or above
- At least 1 year of experience in merchandising, order management, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy and process compliance
- Basic experience with SAP or similar systems preferred
- Good coordination and communication skills across multiple internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
