Consultant Strategy & Transformation - Automotive Industry

We are seeking a Consultant to join our Strategy & Transformation team in the automotive industry. As a Consultant, you will work with leading automobile manufacturers and suppliers on strategic issues and transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic advice to top management on market trends, competitor analysis, and business model development
• Develop and implement corporate, business area, growth, and market strategies in a dynamic market environment
• Analyze markets, competitors, business models, and portfolios to derive decision-making foundations for top management
• Design and accompany transformation programs in the areas of electromobility, digitalization, and new mobility concepts
• Conceive and implement measures to increase profitability, competitiveness, and sustainable corporate performance
• Take on responsibility in demanding consulting projects and manage relevant stakeholders at management level

Requirements:

• Master's degree in economics, business engineering, engineering sciences, or a comparable field
• First relevant professional experience in management consulting or a strategy, transformation, or corporate development function, ideally in the automotive industry
• Experience in at least one of the areas of corporate or business strategy, transformation, restructuring, portfolio optimization, or performance improvement
• Excellent strategic and analytical thinking skills, as well as the ability to convert complex questions into pragmatic solutions and reliable management decisions
• High implementation orientation, sovereign appearance, and pronounced communication strength in an international environment
• Very good German and English language skills, as well as high willingness to travel
