Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.
We’re looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Operate in a high-demand environment, providing excellent customer service during peak periods.
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, balancing speed and accuracy.
- Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting colleagues and working as a team player.
- Adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
Working Hours:
- Sunday: 12:00-16:00
- Tuesday: 03:30-07:30pm
- Thursday: 03:30-07:30pm
- Friday: 03:30-07:30pm
- Saturday: 03:30-07:30pm
Additional Information:
- This role involves working through the night, and applicants must be 18 years or older.
- Successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
