Trial Committee Specialist - Clinical Trials experience required

Syneos Health is seeking a Trial Committee Specialist with clinical trials experience to work in a hybrid setting in Belgrade, Serbia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing responsibilities for the establishment of a clinical trial committee, including identifying potential members, collecting and assessing documents, managing negotiations and contracts, and tracking committee member invoices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Scheduling and attending committee meetings
• Preparing and distributing meeting materials, such as agendas and meeting minutes
• Reviewing clinical event/endpoint documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Initiating queries to sites as needed
• Managing translation services
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of Committee's collaborative workspace and/or electronic adjudication platform
• Providing operational support to the Committee Manager
• Filing project-specific trial committee documents in the Trial Master File (TMF)

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field
• Previous experience in study coordination or within a Contract Research Organization (CRO), pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company
• Strong understanding of medical and scientific terminology
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines, and other applicable regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• High level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken
