Description
We are seeking a Cotton Quality Testing Lab Lead to oversee lab work for processing, testing, and analysing seeds, producing quality data for product advancement and fit-for-sale decisions across Bayer Crop Science North America.
The successful candidate will lead seed quality and genetics testing, analysis, and data generation in North America for various seeds, support commercial fit-for-sale quality decisions, provide analysis and data for special projects, build a vision for operational excellence, and model coaching behaviours.
The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong decision-making and collaboration skills, and a focus on results. They will have a bachelor's degree, and preferably a degree in an agricultural, business, scientific or technical field, along with 12+ years of relevant experience in lab management, manufacturing, or customer-facing roles.
In return, employees can expect a salary between $147,840.00 and $221,760.00, additional compensation such as a bonus or commission, and benefits including healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, and sick leave.
