Description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.
As a Deployment Lead on the Air Defense team, you are responsible for delivering and sustaining a capability that meets our customers' mission requirements and exceeds their expectations.
Responsibilities
Deployment Planning and Execution
You will manage deployments of Anduril's Air Defense products while ensuring mission readiness to support national security infrastructure. Collaborating closely with the Program Manager, Training Lead, and Program Chief Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing long-term deployment and sustainment operations aligned with customer priorities.
- Manage every step of the deployment process, from site survey to testing, pack-out, installation, and sustainment.
- Anticipate every contingency, build lightweight processes, soberly assess and mitigate risk, and deliberately learn from your experiences to continuously improve.
Training Support and Delivery
Partner with the Training Lead on customer training events, serving as the deployment and product SME during individual and collective training.
- Reinforce proficiency during site visits and routine sustainment activities, capture training gaps surfaced in the field, and feed those back into the training program so curricula and materials stay current with how the system is actually being used.
Relationship Management
Build trust with customers, industry partners, users, and Anduril teammates through effective communication, positive attitude, and follow-through.
- Develop relationships across the organization and communicate honestly and directly.
Mission Expertise
Develop a deep knowledge of your customer's mission requirements, including the nature of the threats they face, regulatory challenges, resource constraints, rules of engagement, and more.
- Serve as the counter unmanned systems (cUAS) subject matter expert for your customers, helping them resource realistic exercises and manage all hardware and software configurations for cUAS-peculiar equipment.
Product Expertise
Develop a thorough understanding of the capabilities and limitations of Anduril's Family of Systems.
- Become an opinionated power user who can reliably forecast how our capability will perform against a broad range of threat profiles, environmental conditions, and mission constraints.
