Key Responsibilities:
- Support and execute operational activities related to the RECOF and RECOF-SPED regimes for clients;
- Monitor compliance with monthly and annual commitments required by the regime;
- Control the deadlines for goods admitted to RECOF, ensuring proper treatment of items near expiration;
- Track the processes of entry, movement, industrialization, inventory, and destination of goods submitted to the regime;
- Validate information and controls to ensure traceability, auditability, and compliance of operations;
- Support clients in mitigating tax, customs, and operational risks related to the regime;
- Contribute to maintaining client eligibility for RECOF and fulfilling export and industrialization commitments;
- Act in a consulting capacity to identify process and control improvements related to the regime.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Foreign Trade, Accounting Sciences, Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
- Experience in managing and/or operating the RECOF and RECOF-SPED regimes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Customs Law, Tax Management, Foreign Trade, or Information Technology;
- Experience with the OSGT RECOF solution;
- In-depth knowledge of legislation applicable to RECOF and RECOF-SPED.
