The Dunes, a specialist service in Poole, is seeking a part-time Waking Night Support Worker to join their team.
The successful candidate will be part of a compassionate team committed to the wellbeing of residents, providing support with individual care plans, daily tasks, and activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting qualified staff with assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans
- Undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents
