Description
As an Optical Manager at Asda, you will oversee the entire operation of the optical department, ensuring high-quality patient service and excellent customer care.
You will be responsible for managing a team of Optometrists and Optical assistants, overseeing compliance processes and procedures, reviewing sales forecasting and department targets, and dealing with customer queries.
You will also be responsible for clinic management, managing the shop floor process, and coaching and developing your team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a fully qualified dispensing optician registered with the GOC, on track to meet the statutory points requirement for CPD, confident in coaching others, and able to provide excellent customer and patient care.
