Description
We are seeking an Automation and Digital Solution Engineer to join our team in Rosia, Italy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of automation projects within the organisation, implementing and optimising automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
Responsibilities
- Drive execution of automation activities in assigned projects with a strong focus on standardisation, robustness, and harmonisation of automation standards and strategy
- Ensure effective reporting to Automation Solution Manager
- Actively participate in the development of Automation Solutions team, effectively confronting and resolving performance issues and cooperating with team members
- Coordinate the installation, configuration, and integration of automation systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
- Ensure the execution of automation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation solutions, including design specifications, project plans, and operational procedures
- Ensure all automation solutions comply with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and company policies
- Ensure the provisions of the employer regarding Health, Safety and Environment regulations in their area of competence
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's degree in Engineering (Automation, Electronic, Informatic, Process Engineering)
- At least 3 years' experience in GMP Pharmaceutical and/or Biotech Industry in Engineering department within complex and end-to-end sites
- Fluent Italian and a good level of English (written and spoken)

What We Offer
- Salary range: EUR 37,575 to EUR 62,625 per year
- Annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share-based long-term incentive program
