As an Operations Manager, you'll drive succession by supporting recruitment and onboarding, building robust team structures, and promoting wellbeing. You'll drive your business by coaching managers, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales and profit. You'll also drive and embed change by communicating effectively with your team and stakeholders.
