Christmas Customer Assistant - Food - Westwood Cross

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Westwood Cross, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and selling our newest food products
• Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
• Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store as needed
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues and driving sales growth

This is a part-time, flexible role, working Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00-14:00. During the Christmas period, you may be required to work up to full-time hours.
