Practice Plus Group are looking for a Bank Receptionist at our Surrey OOH service to prepare and open a centre for patients, doctors and nurses arrival and ensure patients are seen in a professional manner following the guidelines issued by Practice Plus Group.
Our OOH service is open from 19.00-08.00 Monday to Friday and 24 hours over the weekend. We can offer a range of sessions to allow you to flexibly choose the right shift pattern for you. The location for this role is Ashford Hospital, Stanwell, Ashford, TW15 3AA.

Main duties of the job
You'll be the welcoming presence and organised mind that helps keep things running smoothly during our out-of-hours services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients warmly and registering them efficiently
- Managing telephone enquiries, bookings and patient queries
- Supporting clinical teams by coordinating patient flow
- Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring the reception area is calm, tidy and professional
- Adapting quickly to changing demands during busy periods
