The Senior Associate, Product Manager for the Associate Servicing team plays a critical role in achieving Capital One's goals by working closely with tech, operations, and business partners to provide servicing associates the tools and resources they need to care for customers.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
- Experience with data flows built on modern data environments, including data lakes, Snowflake, APIs, and Streams
This role is designated as a hybrid position, requiring adherence to Capital One's hybrid policy regarding required on-site presence at your designated office location.
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are:
- McLean, VA: $111,200 - $126,900
- New York, NY: $121,300 - $138,400
- Richmond, VA: $101,100 - $115,400
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
