Description
As a Production Supervisor at 3M's Springfield, Missouri facility, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a production shift, providing direct supervision to production employees such as Operators, Lead Operators, and Trainers.
You will implement and manage daily improvements to meet business Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost Goals, determine priorities, and assign responsibility to meet customer needs in a safe manner.
Additionally, you will create an atmosphere of fairness, employee engagement, and accountability, develop crew personnel to prepare them for future career opportunities or additional responsibilities, and be flexible to work any shift.
The expected compensation range for this position is $84,595 - $103,394, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay.
