Description
We are seeking two customer-focused Caretakers to join our Estate Services team in North London, working across our estates in Hackney.
The successful candidates will be responsible for inspecting and cleaning communal areas, ensuring that our estates are kept clean and hazard-free with high standards maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sweeping, mopping, litter picking, and cleaning bin areas
- Carrying out health and safety checks
Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required.

Salaries range from £30,784 to £32,926 per annum, with 40 hours per week – flexible options considered.
